As the Lead product designer, I drove the successful transformation of a legacy B2B web application into a modern, scalable platform through a full redesign and the development of a robust, modular component library. This design system became the foundation for product consistency, speed of delivery, and long-term maintainability, empowering both the design and engineering teams to scale with confidence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Product Designer at a fast-scaling fintech startup, I led the responsive redesign of the web platform tailored to the nuanced needs of underwriters, delivering both core interface improvements and new analytics capabilities to drive decision-making.

I partnered directly with the CEO to align product design with business strategy, ensuring every design decision supported the company’s vision. In close collaboration with engineering, I delivered UX annotations, built a UI style guide, and conducted rigorous QA testing to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
