Collateral management encompasses the end-to-end process of calculating margins and validating assets, ensuring effective risk management and regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a UX designer, I collaborated closely with the business analyst to conduct extensive user testing and develop a strategy for the new data-centric platform. Through low and high-fidelity sketching, we were able to rapidly ideate, discuss and iterate the design.

The wireframes were then produced in Illustrator for an easy transition into UI. The final result was a highly intuitive and efficient platform, allowing users to easily access and interact with complex data. The close collaboration with the BA was crucial in ensuring a solid design and the project's overall success.

RESULT

The results of the design product were significant improvements in efficiency and user experience. Through extensive user testing, it was revealed that the platform redesign successfully reduced the need for re-keying and optimized the efficiency of key user journeys. Additionally, a dashboard screen was introduced, providing users with a comprehensive overview of the collateral process. These enhancements streamlined workflows, minimized errors, and enhanced overall productivity for users.
