Pupil
Pupil is a spatial technology company that transforms physical spaces into precise digital replicas. Specializing in property mapping and the creation of immersive VR assets, Pupil empowers the real estate industry with accurate, scalable digital solutions for marketing, analysis, and decision-making.
RESULT
As the Lead product designer at Pupil, I led transformative initiatives that significantly improved both internal operations and external engagement across the business.
One of the most impactful achievements was the redesign of internal VR asset management and editing tools, which directly enabled the data digitisation team to meet a critical company milestone: producing a full asset package within just 24 hours. This strategic overhaul streamlined complex workflows, drastically increased team productivity, and sharply reduced error rates, laying a strong foundation for operational scalability.
In parallel, I took ownership of the B2B marketing website redesign, reimagining it to serve a wide range of stakeholders in the real estate industry. By delivering a clear, elegant experience that adapted to the needs of agents, developers, and investors, we strengthened the product’s positioning and elevated the overall brand experience.
These initiatives underscored my ability to lead across product touchpoints, aligning design with business goals, driving team performance, and delivering high-quality outcomes at scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In my leadership role at a high-growth virtual reality startup, I directed the full-scale redesign of our internal tools used to manage and edit spatial assets for VR. This included leading user research initiatives, synthesising insights across teams, and translating them into actionable design solutions.
A core challenge was optimising for large-scale data management while accommodating the nuanced workflows of multiple contributors across the immersive content pipeline. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our tools empowered each user type, creatives, engineers, and data specialists, with clarity and precision.
Alongside product delivery, I ensured design decisions supported long-term platform goals, balancing technical feasibility, user experience, and strategic impact.
