RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Lead Product Designer at Tobias and Tobias, my primary responsibility was to contribute to the development of an international insurance brokerage platform. Working closely with stakeholders, I translated their vision into actionable design solutions that met business requirements. I also prioritized user-centric design by conducting two rounds of testing with brokers to validate user journeys and new functionalities. This collaborative approach ensured that the platform effectively addressed user needs while aligning with the business objectives.
RESULT
The design product addressed the complex insurance workflow by conducting thorough research on the process and using appropriate terminology to ensure clear communication with both the business and users.
The implementation of the design was successfully carried out by a remote team of developers, with local lead developers overseeing the process. Regular meetings were conducted to ensure collaboration and achieve a successful final result that met the project objectives.
