WHO I AM
I am a product design leader with 10+ years shaping complex platforms across fintech, SaaS, and enterprise systems, including work with Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, LSEG, The Co-operative Bank, Axiom, Shell, and early-stage technology companies.
My work focuses on structuring decision environments within data-dense and workflow-heavy products, helping teams move from fragmented feature sets to coherent experience architectures that support interpretation, prioritisation, and action. I operate as a partner to Product and Engineering leadership, contributing to product direction, defining interaction models, and influencing roadmap decisions from early problem framing through delivery.
I specialise in redesigning navigation, information hierarchy, and cross-surface workflows in systems where clarity directly affects operational efficiency, user confidence, and business outcomes. Across multiple organisations, I have introduced scalable design systems aligned with engineering implementation, enabling faster delivery while improving consistency across evolving platforms.
I am most effective in ambiguous and fast-moving environments where products are scaling beyond their initial structure. In these contexts, I help teams establish shared experience foundations that support both immediate usability improvements and long-term platform evolution.
